Currently serving as a brand strategist and editorial consultant for Banana Republic, Caitlin Abber spearheads storytelling strategies for seasonal campaigns, special collections, and product launches, overseeing and producing copy for the site experience, OOH campaigns, catalogues, social media, and video. Collaborating cross-functionally, she aligns these initiatives with BR's overarching vision and business objectives, ultimately driving sales and enhancing the brand's identity across all marketing touch points.
In addition to her work with Banana Republic, Caitlin has played a pivotal role in successfully launching various company initiatives and products for Asana, Shutterstock, and the beauty brand Iris&Romeo, leveraging her expertise in content development, journalism, and strategic insights to craft concepts, stories, and copy for digital, video, print, and OOH marketing channels.
A prime example of Caitlin's ability to deliver captivating, growth-driven strategy and content is her tenure as the Brand Editor for M.M.LaFleur, where she led the development of innovative storytelling initiatives, including the brand's award-winning newsletter, The M Dash, resulting in 60% YoY sales growth.
